Warranty and Returns
1 Year Manufacturer Warranty: The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. If damage or malfunction occurs during normal use, repairs will be free of charge during the warranty period. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.
- Warranty is granted only for the following:
- Failure caused by normal use, as outlined in the instruction manual. Warranty will not be granted for failure or damage caused by misuse or carelessness.
- Damage caused by transportation.
- Maintenance services are not provided for the following:
- The product is not manufactured by our company.
- Product has been disassembled or attempted to be modified by the customer.
- If outside of the one year warranty coverage period, shipping and repair fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact customer service for specific charges.

Damaged Items or Items Lost in Transit: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, and if necessary, provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible.
Non-refundable Items: Except for damaged items, items lost in transit, or defective products, all sales are final.
Returns: Return requests will be assessed on a case by case basis. If a return request is approved, upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will either replace it with a new one or offer a refund, at our discretion.
Conditions for Refunds:
- We will require proof of purchase and may ask for photographs or other documentation to assess the issue.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition (except for defective items).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Timeline: We aim to process refunds and replacements as quickly as possible once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to deposit will also depend on your financial institution.
