 No  Issue Troubleshooting Solution
1.) Doesn’t work ? 1. The liquid carbon dioxide cylinder switch is not opened.
2. The solenoid switch or the solenoid valve core is damaged.
3. The dry ice mold base is not engaged.
4. The dry ice mold is not engaged.
1. Open the valve of the liquid carbon dioxide cylinder.
2. Replace the solenoid valve core.
3. Click the dry ice mold base into place.
4. The dry ice mold switch needs to be clicked in place.
2.) Why does the
airflow become
smaller?
1. The filter cotton core is clogged.
2. There is not enough liquid carbon dioxide in the cylinder.
1. Replace the filter cotton core.
2. Replace with sufficient liquid carbon dioxide.
3.) Why can't I use
automatic mode?
There are impurities in ECU. Check the ECU and clean out any impurities.
4.) Why does the dry
ice base get stuck
when making dry
ice?
The dry ice base has been exposed to water prior to use. Wipe down the dry ice base, and ensure it is dry prior to use.
